Tasty Juicing Recipes to Support Your Pregnancy

Drinking fresh vegetable an fruit juice will support a healthy pregnancy for any woman. It keeps your body hydrated and prevents dehydration while feeding your baby vital nutrients they need to grow well. There are so many different fruit and vegetable combinations to choose from! Each one has a unique benefit for you and your baby. I’ve listed some quick, tasty juicing recipes below to help you get started.

Creamy Sweet Potato Spice – tastes like a Creamsicle packed with vitamin A!

  • ½ Sweet Potato
  • 2” Slice Cucumber
  • 1 Pear, cored
  • 1 Orage, peeled
  • Small Lemon Wedge, peel on
  • Ginger Nub
  • 2 Broccoli Florets

Sweet Green Jungle Juice – sweet and refreshing. 

  • 1 Apple, cored
  • 1 Small Beetroot
  • 3 Carrots
  • 4 to 5 Leaves of Red Leaf Lettuce
  • Lemon Wedge, peel on
  • 2” Cucumber Slice

Cucumber Pick-Me-Up – super hydrating for your skin, great for heartburn.

  • 1 Melon Wedge, peeled
  • 2 whole Cucumbers
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • 1 Apple, cored

Berry Bonanza – sweet, creamy and rich in minerals, very filling

  • 1 wedge Sweet Pumpkin or 1 Sweet Potato
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 small Beetroot
  • 1 bunch Kale, destemmed

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 large Tomato

  • 1/2 a peeled Papaya, 2 Passion Fruit, or 1 cored Pear
  • 2 leaves Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 cup Coconut or Almond Milk, warmed
  • 2 tablespoons Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate

*Note: You can choose to juice your own tart cherries. It is a time consuming process. If you want to juice your own tart cherries, substitute cherry juice for “1 cup tart cherries”.
