I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to sing the praises of my baby-food-making bestie: the Kiinde Foodii System.

My second daughter just turned 8 months old last week. She is a giant baby, with a height and weight well into the 98th percentile. She eats around 6 to 8 ounces of baby food every meal. Needless to say, this baby can eat.
I’ve always been passionate about making my own baby food. I’ve been perfecting recipes for around three years. Without the Kiinde Foodii System I imagine that spooning endless jars of baby food into my little munchkin would be such a chore. Instead it’s almost a joy.
That’s because the Kiinde Foodii System streamlines the baby feeding routine. It makes it simple, fast and fun (especially if you’re like me and making baby food brings out the mad mom scientist in you).
Blend your chosen ingredients in a blender (I heart my Vitamix). Pour the mixture into the squeeze bottle. Use the squeeze bottle to fill the 8-ounce pouches. Screw on the cap and throw the pouches in the fridge or freezer.
When it’s time to feed baby, unscrew the cap from the pouch. Attach the silicone spoon to the top. Squeeze out the food and get that baby fed!
That’s it! It couldn’t be easier. When your baby eats as much as mine, easy is good. The pouches can also be used to store breastmilk.
